Anti Whale

Polydeer had strictly anti whale feature than other coins, which will be activated from start. Any transaction such as transfer, add liquidity, remove liquidity... more than 1% total supply will be failed. It will prevent whales dump the price immediately and causing panic sell in normal users.

If the 1% of total supply < 200, 200 will be used as the limitation.

The anti whale ratio of 1% will be reduced when the total supply increase.
